Dealer
Standards - Business Central Dealers
1. Dealer will market the full
portfolio of Chevrolet and GMC Light Duty commercial products included in its Dealer Sales and
Service Agreement.
2. Dealer will develop and
maintain a commercial business plan. This plan will provide Dealer direction to achieve mutually
agreed upon sales goals. Dealer agrees to review with the regional team.
3. Dealer will employ a minimum
of 3 dedicated Commercial Sales Consultants. Dealer will also employ a dedicated commercial
sales manager who is trained on the core product (vehicles, upfits and GMAC). In support of
the commercial department a distinct payplan will be provided.
4. Dealer agrees to maintain an
in-dealership sales/service-prospecting program.
5. Dealer will maintain the
proper selection and levels of inventory of commercial vehicles to meet their set sales objective. At no
time will the Dealer have a level less than 40.
6. Dealer will utilize maximum
number of demonstrators, as per current Commercial Dealer Demo program.
7. Dealer will maintain an
appropriate, separate front line display of commercial vehicles at the authorized dealership location
(as defined by Dealers Location and Premises Addendum to the Dealer Sales and Service
agreement).
8. Dealer will advertise,
promote and offer product exposure to achieve set sales and business plan objectives.
9. Dealer will provide service
repair facilities for commercial customers.

10. Dealer will participate in
GMSPO Goodwrench Fleet Service Dealer program.

Learning.
